Shipping & returns
1.International Orders
We offer free worldwide shipping on international orders. Time 5 – 8 labor days. Please note first-time orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. We are also unable to accommodate shipment to PO boxes or APO addresses. We ship all international orders via DHL, products in PRE – ORDER will take an average of 3 weeks to be shipped, Products available will be immediate delivery.
2. Returns
The merchandise purchased on the Website can be returned within seven (7) days of the receipt date. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with tags and packaging original included. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please email customer service for a return approval before shipping back the package, ventas@najash.co NAJASH is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the products if it was approved by costumer service .
3. Refunds
Once your package is receive, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
4. Repairs
NAJASH will repair without charges any damaged Bag, if the damage occurs within three (3) months of purchase. Any of those items damaged over 3 months from the purchase date are subject to repair fees. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. To request a repair please email us at ventas@najash.co with a brief explanation of your repair request. You will receive an email in which indicate if the repair proceeds free of charges or not and the authorization number of repair, which must be indicate in the shipment.
